Vroom Theory

I am really stumped with this piece of information

The probability of reaching goal called Expectancy

The probability that the goal will actually produce the desired results called Instrumenality

The probability that the results are indeed desirable and satisfying called Valence

Motivation = Expectancy * Instrumentality * Valence

Who would have thunk that motivation can be reduced to a simple mathematical expression. And for those of you who want to look it up.. It IS called VROOM Theory

While hunting for that image I came up across this interesting piece of information. I assure you that I cant vouch for the autenticity of the information

"Put simply, the reason is down to the fact that genetic material does not change during an animalal's life. Therefore, the first bird that evolved into what we would call a chicken, probably in prehistoric times, must have first existed as an embryo inside an egg." Professor John Brookfield, a specialist in evolutionary genetics at the University of Nottingham, told the UK Press Association "the pecking order was clear."

Might be as old as the hills but as I am typing to the Ace of Base song "All that She wants". Does it remind you of the beat in the "Telephone Manipol" song from Indian
